Max Efforts And What Not

04.03.08

So on 04.07.08 I will be beginning, Starting Strength I thought it would be of help to test my 1 RM

Press: 155 lbs
Bench Press: 235 lbs
Squat: 245 lbs

Not tested today was my power clean and my dead lift it is of note that I have deadlifted 355 lbs and power cleaned 225 lbs, also I had shoulder pressed 165 lbs in the past and I had squatted 280 lbs with terrible form, my weight will be recorded on the first work day of the program
